“Jackass” star Brandon “Bam” Margera pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct on Wednesday after assaulting his brother and threatening other family members last year, Page Six can confirm.

In return, the 44-year-old reality star was handed six months of probation, his lawyer, Michael T. van der Veen, told us.

He will also be subject to random drug testing, according to the Associated Press. If he fails a drug test, he’ll reportedly be thrown in prison.

“[Margera] emerged from the Chester County, Pennsylvania courthouse today free of the misdemeanor charges that had been levied against him due to a family dispute in April 2023,” van der Veen added in his statement.

“This is basically a noise violation. He really got nothing more than a traffic ticket.”

Margera’s guilty pleas stemmed from a two-week visit to his family’s Chester County, Penn., home in July 2023.

While there, he allegedly punched his brother, Jess Margera, and threatened to shoot unidentified family members.

He was hit with one count of simple assault for the physical altercation, plus one count of harassment and four counts of terroristic threats with the intention to terrorize another.

However, the terroristic threats charges were dropped during a July 2023 hearing, during which Margera’s brother explained that he did not want his brother getting in trouble.

“I just want him to get the help because I feel like this is our last chance,” he noted.

Jess also described his troubled brother as “a good dude when he’s not messed up.”

At the time of the hearing, Margera had been in and out of treatment centers for his addiction issues and had even recently been placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold.

Following his sentencing on Wednesday, Margera told the press his original charges were a “blessing in disguise” because they helped him turn his life around.

Margera has also credited his wife, Dannii Marie, with helping him get his life in check.

“You got rid of all the d–kheads and goons and made me stop drinking and got me back to skateboarding and I cannot thank you enough,” he told his bride at their May wedding in New Mexico.

He also opened up about how Marie changed his life for the better when announcing their engagement in December 2023.

“I never had structure before. I always woke up not knowing what to do with the day. I would just look across the street, see an Irish pub and be like, ‘That looks like fun,’” he told Us Weekly.

“Now I wake up, I walk the dogs, I stretch, I go to the gym, I go skateboarding.”
