Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg 100% serious about fighting in UFC Octagon

Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg 100% serious about fighting in UFC Octagon

In a conversation with Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg on Wednesday night, UFC President Dana White stated that “both guys are 100% serious about fighting in the UFC Octagon.”

When questioned about why he felt that way, White responded, “They both said, ‘Yeah, we’ll do it.”

White said that Musk contacted him after Zuckerberg asked whether he was serious, prompting Musk to respond that he was.

According to White, if this fight took place, it will raise an unbelievable amount of money.

“This would be the biggest fight in history. larger than anything anyone had done before. It would shatter all pay-per-view records. This fight would raise hundreds of millions of dollars for charity. You don’t have to be a fan of fighting to be interested in this fight. Everyone would want to see it.”

“The biggest bout of all time was Floyd Mayweather and Conor [McGregor]. It, in my opinion, this fight could triple that. There is no limit to what this fight could bring in. Everyone would want to see it.”

While Musk has practiced martial arts, Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ), and has been in “plenty of fights growing up in South Africa,” according to White, Zuckerberg practices Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ).

The prospective competition appears to have begun when a number of Twitter users, including Musk, commented on a story about Meta allegedly developing a product that would directly compete with Twitter.

The Twitter owner responded that he would be happy to enter into the UFC cage with the Meta leader even though a user pointed out that Mark trains in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and advised Musk to “be careful.”

“I’m up for a cage match if he is lol,” Musk tweeted.

Zuckerberg replied on Instagram, saying, “Send Me Location” – a nod to UFC’s Khabib Nurmagomedov.
