Is Trump Going to Jail? Audio Tape Damaging Admission

Donnald Trump Secret Audio Tape

This week, a transcript of the shocking audio recording that revealed Donald Trump discussing a secret document he stole from the White House came to light, according to RadarOnline.com.

The abrupt development occurs only hours after the former president was charged on seven felony counts related to the investigation into his use of sensitive materials.

A transcript from the July 2021 meeting was made public by CNN, in which Trump seemed to have addressed sensitive intelligence relating to Iran and admitted that the material was secret and so could not be shared.

“Secret. This is secret information. Look, look at this,” the embattled former president said at the time, according to the transcript. “This was done by the military and given to me.”

“Well, with Milley – uh, let me see that, I’ll show you an example,” Trump continued. “He said that I wanted to attack Iran. Isn’t that amazing? I have a big pile of papers, this thing just came up. Look. This was him.”

“They presented me this – this is off the record, but – they presented me this. This was him. This was the Defense Department and him,” the transcript detailed further. “We looked at some. This was him. This wasn’t done by me, this was him.”

“All sorts of stuff – pages long, look. Wait a minute, let’s see here. I just found it, isn’t that amazing? This totally wins my case, you know. Except it is like, highly confidential. Secret. This is secret information. Look, look at this.”

The existence of the July 2021 secret audio tape was originally verified, as RadarOnline.com previously reported, last week after it became known the tape was in the hands of the Special Counsel looking into former President Trump.

The tape reportedly captured Trump complaining about Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley shortly after Milley instructed the Joint Chiefs to ensure Trump “issued no illegal orders” and that Milley “be informed if there was any concern.”

Nearly two years ago, the tape was made at Trump’s golf resort in Bedminster, New Jersey.

Margo Martin, a Trump adviser, taped the conversation, it has now been revealed, in order to “ensure his comments were reported accurately.”

The secret audio tape was particularly notable since Trump said he was no longer in the position to declassify data, which directly contradicted his customary reason for keeping it on hand even though he was no longer in the White House.

It’s also unknown whether Trump’s crew was ever able to locate the secret document mentioned in the recording.

The team of Special Counsel Jack Smith issued a subpoena in March requesting the disclosure of the sensitive information.
