‘RHONJ’ star Jackie Goldschneider slammed for Teresa Giudice birthday tribute: ‘Smell of desperation’

“Real Housewives of New Jersey” stars Jackie Goldschneider and Teresa Giudice may have turned over a new leaf, but fans of the show aren’t so open to their new friendship.

Goldschneider, 47, wished her fellow Bravolebrity a happy birthday via Instagram on Saturday but was quickly met with sour comments from followers who believed the act had “desperation” behind it.

In the first pic, Giudice snuggled up to the attorney while wearing a gray Chanel cardigan.

The second slide featured a snap of the women with Jennifer Aydin and Jennifer Fessler during a night out, while the third pic was one of Giudice and Goldschneider posing together.

“Happy birthday @teresagiudice! Anything I say will be disected [sic] or loved or cheered or hated, so I’ll just say happy birthday, I can’t wait to celebrate and looking forward to many more good times ahead. Wishing you the best birthday. ????❤️????,” she captioned the post.

Giudice, who celebrated her 52nd birthday on Saturday, received Goldschneider’s wishes in good spirits.

Fans suggested the friendly interaction was a move to secure a spot on Season 15 of the Bravo series, considering she was previously close with Giudice’s sister-in-law and foe, Melissa Gorga. Jackie Goldschneider

Fans were quick to call the post a move to secure Goldschneider’s spot on the next season of “RHONJ.”

“It won’t be long until Teresa turns on you again ????,” wrote a third user.

Goldschneider opened up about her newfound relationship with Giudice at Bravocon last November, calling it “new, growing and mutually respectful … unexpected.”

In an interview with Us Weekly, the “Weight of Beautiful” author said their friendship “grew organically.”

“It was like we were just talking at a party and then we were talking more, and then we started calling each other and then we hung out and started hugging. We like each other,” she explained.

Goldschneider starred in the Bravo series as a full-time housewife from Seasons 9 through 12.
