TSMC denies U.S. is probing the company after report suggests blacklisted Huawei is using its chips

Taiwan Semiconductor Production Corporate has denied that the U.S. was once investigating its dealings with Chinese language tech corporate Huawei, following reviews that its chips have been discovered within the Shenzhen-based company’s merchandise. 

“TSMC is a law-abiding company and we are committed to complying with all applicable rules and regulations, including applicable export controls,” an organization spokesperson informed GWN in a commentary on Wednesday.
